Senior Information as of 12 May 2009

• Senior members planning to attend Johnson Flight Academy 04-12 June, should submit a CAPF 17 (unit commander's signature not required) and CAPF 60 to Lt Col Rick Gale.

• Registration will be conducted at Eastern Illinois University's Stevenson Lounge from 1600-1800 on 04 June.  Dinner will be provided at 1800 and RST begins at 1900.
• Please notify Lt Col Rick Gale dates you will attend if not planning to spend the full week.
• Most rooms are double occupancy three-room suites.  There is a charge of $50 for the week if you wish occupancy in one of these rooms.  This will be collected during registration.
• Meals will be subsidized.  Adult participant cost is $5.50 for breakfast, $5.75 for lunch and $8.00 for dinner.
• You need to complete OPSEC and ground handling training (both online) prior to arrival.
• Pilots need to be current prior to arrival at JFA.  All flight data must be entered into and validated in MIMS.
• You will be issued one T-shrt. T-shirt. Let Lt Col Gale know your T-shirt size immediately. If you wish to purchase additional, please advise soonest.
